Here's how it works

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ALCOHOL

• Arizona law prohibits us from purchasing and providing alcohol for your event. We are considered a DRY-HIRE service, which allows us to only serve alcohol being provided by the client. We will go over a customized shopping list and provide retailers to buy from. Most will let you return unopened purchases. For a fee, we will also retrieve your alcohol from any store prior to the event. 

21 and Older

• Anyone who looks under 30 will need to  provide a legal photo ID. It is illegal to consume alcohol in Arizona for anyone under the age of 21. We have the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated, anyone being aggresive, abusive, or inappropriate to our staff or the guests of client's event. We will also refuse service to any guest attempting to provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. The staff of This Drink's On D has the right to end service completely at any time if problems persist after being addressed.

Our Bartenders

• The bar staff at This Drink's on D are licensed, certified, and insured to serve at any private event. Because Arizona law prohibits us from providing the alcohol, we will not be a cash bar.  In the instance we are hired for a public event, it is client's responsibility to obtain any other permits, rules, etc. required for the venue.

Deposits to Retain Services

• This Drink's On D requires a deposit to retain services and confirm event date and time. Deposit is 50% of total price, NON-REFUNDABLE. It is required once decision is made to hire us and contract is sent out. Once contract is signed, an invoice for deposit will be sent. Remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to event. 
•  If event is booked 30 days or less before the day of event, full price is required at booking. The ONLY refund issued once total balance is paid, will be $200, if client cancels before 1 week prior to date of event. Refund policy is in place due to not having the ability to book other clients on date set.  All payments accepted through Venmo, Zelle, or with any major debit or credit cards. No checks.

Gratuity

• We do require a minimum gratuity for each bartender hired for any event. This gratuity may be included in total price, or client may allow tip jars for guests to reach minimum. If the minimum is not met, the client will receive an invoice next-day to fulfill gratuity minimum. This will be discussed in your initial inquiry. 

Trash/Lights/Shade

• We are not responsible for providing trash cans or liners. It is client's responsibility to provide trash cans and dispose of waste once event is complete. If the event is at night, it is client's responsibility to provide adequate lighting for bar area, whether it be for our bar set-up or one provided by client. If bar set-up is outside during day time, it is client's responsibility to provide shading for bar staff. 

Liability/Damages

• This Drink's on D will not be responsible for more guests showing up than agreed upon. If the client's event runs out of anything purchased by them, we are not to be held liable. We will not be held liable if anyone decides to remove alcohol from venue.  If any damage or loss happens to bar equipment owned by This Drink's On D due to client or guests of event, client assumes responsibility to cover costs. This will be discussed in initial inquiry and stated in contract provided.

Rescheduling 

• We strive to deliver exceptional service at every event. However, in the rare instance that unforseen circumstances arise- including, but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fires, accidents, or any events beyond our control- we reserve the right to cancel or postpone our services without liability to compensation. 
• Should such a situation occur, we will make every reasonable effort to either reschedule the event at a mutally agreed-upon date or issue a partial refund based on services rendered and cost incurred at our discretion.
